Keith came out after two calls and talked a great game. We decided I’d get materials and he’d do labor. I got all my prices and requested a start date and have been ghosted. No return calls , no return texts. Avoid at all costs.
We hired Keith and his crew to trim some trees on our property and remove two that were close to our house. Too late we discovered that they were in the process of removing our two beautiful pecan trees which were once the home to a woodpecker and squirrles. An owl often roosted in them as well. Now they are bare and lifeless. An arborist affirmed that they will not recover. It turns out that their insurance policy was expired. Unfortunatly I paid him up front. He agreed to refund a portion, but now will not return my calls.
