Kevin and his crew installed an egress window at our old house, so we decided to have him install one in our new (to us) house. While installing the egress they discovered we had some water penetration issues, cracked walls, and mold in our basement. They installed a new drain tile system with a waterproof membrane over the walls. These guys did an excellent job of communicating what was going on, why they had to do it, and how it all works. Horrible work. Hired them in 2020 and both bathrooms are still incomplete. Door bell outside needs to be put back on. Had another contractor come look and gave me a list of things needing repair. I also have an open pipe under the vanity. Am reporting them to bbb and might call keloland to come on over to post in the Argus. And am calling the city of sioux falls. Look out folks because this company is not a licensed contractor and also they did not get a building permit either nor hire a plumber which they should have done.
