Watch for hidden fees. Received a quote, after they reached out to see if I needed work (starting to make sense as to why). The quote included $500 for brakes and rotors on a 20 yr old car, which I pointed out as a 3X markup, and gave several quotes for the same or better parts. They try to justify this by saying that it's part of a warranty service, which was never mentioned, meaning I would never be able to use it. I had the control arms replaced on my 2012 Chevy. The price was reasonable compared to other places and they have always dealt fairly with me. I trust their diagnosis and their work.

I got my truck back after residing to have a used transmission installed. The first one didn’t work. The second one worked great. They just had some engine bugs to work out. My 2007 Explorer sport trac runs better than it did when I bought it.
