This is the 2nd time I have had to retain Kizy Law Firm. Originally for my divorce, now for child support modifications. Thanks to them I was notified immediately of a possible change from my ex. My experience with Channelle Kizzy was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Initially, she seemed eager to help and made numerous promises, but once hired, she became the complete opposite of what she had presented herself to be. She was rude, argumentative, and disrespectful when asked about legal matters, showing little patience or understanding. I cannot speak highly enough of Channelle. She is one of the most outstanding, empathetic, hardworking, and responsive attorneys I’ve ever encountered. Channelle drafted the wrong wording regarding spousal support after taking her to two mediations, per my new lawyer that I took to my final arbitration. She hardly looked at my case, and relied on her office personnel to handle everything. When I showed up at the first mediation she asked me why we were there and if me and my ex could reconcile (no). I felt she sided with my ex in terms of giving him 50/50 parenting time even though I was a stay at home mom. I do not recommend this office to anyone.
Ashleigh is an exceptional attorney! She was with me every step of the way as we fought and won against a very difficult to deal with EX and lawyer from a popular divorce firm for women.
