Fantastic Ramen, gorgeous atmosphere, and excellent service! This place is a must for Ramen lovers!
Honestly I’ve liked this place for a long time, but the past few times the food just hasn’t been worth the price and I’m done giving it chances. Paying $6 for extra eggs just for them to be hard boiled and not marinated through, and the broth consistently having an inch of liquid fat at the top, it’s not worth $20 a bowl (and it’s $20 a bowl before add ons, with my add ons, it’s $26 plus an extra $4 for broth with a bunch of fat)
A promising ramen shop with fantastic broths and noodles but with a few hiccups! The broths were exceptionally flavorful, and the noodles were chewy and delicious. I recommend the Garlic Tonkotsu Shoyu ramen. The gyoza were a highlight for me. They had a thin wrap and were crispy on the bottom and soft and tender on top, which I liked.
