Amazing service, food, and atmosphere!!
They have touch screen and a cashier to order from. I ordered from the touch screen but staff still stepped in to help when I selected an option for my meal that didn’t make sense for take-out (a raw egg for the gyudon, which is meant more for mixing in when dining there). They were gracious and offered me a soft boiled egg as a replacement. The meal was so delicious I ended up eating it all even though I’d planned to save myself some leftovers.
Food was okay. Miso ramen is good except for the bamboo. Non-miso based soups tasted very bland and watery.
