Kizer was our arbitrator in my divorce case and if I could, I would give him less than one star. His arbitration award was so unjust that the judge ordered to vacate it and gave us another arbitrator.
Family member was up against Mr. Kizer and he called her mother a whore. She had never even met the old man. He should worry more about his exe wife's legal problems.
Tom Kaiser should be pulled as a mediator in Livingston County. he doesn't go by the recommendations. He admitted to being sexist against men in child custody. Told me he thinks it's okay that the mother breaks the court orders and brings the child around criminals that are selling cocaine for more people to love the child.
I agree that this is the best law firm in the area. My complicated divorce was handled with the utmost professionalism and fairness. There were times when I was too upset to deal with my unreasonable ex-husband and Bridget Passeri managed every issue with honesty and integrity. I would not hesitate to use her services again.
I'm very confused by the negative reviews here. I've used the Kizer Law Firm on several occasions. Once for a divorce, once for a speeding ticket, and once on a business matter. I have used every attorney there and found them all to be outstanding, particularly my divorce attorney, Bridget Passeri.
Skilled group of professionals. In my opinion, the best law firm in the area. Fair, honest, and reliable. Highly recommended.
