On 5/30 I ordered a Birthday bouquet for a next day delivery. I paid extra to upgrade the arrangement, I paid an extra $10 for early delivery. On 5/31 (the Birthday and the date for the delivery), I waited. At 1:00pm when the flowers were late I received a call, and had to authorize an alternate arrangement which I did, and asked them to hurry. No flowers were delivered.
