They were very friendly very courteous. They really helped me out and they were really professional about what they did and it’s a good thing. They weren’t a car dealer because I would’ve bought a car from them. That’s all good and friendly. They made me feel thank you guys.
My visit was excellent from start to finish. The doctor was very professional, attentive, and took the time to address all of my questions in detail. I felt heard, respected, and well taken care of throughout the appointment. The front office staff were also very knowledgeable, welcoming, and efficient. They made the check-in process smooth and provided clear information. Overall, I had a very positive experience and felt confident in the care I received.
Having been a patient of Dr Kiyan for years, I was anxious to see how these new people would be. Dr Tiffany Tran, Josh and Tina were all so pleasant and helpful. Very kind, and knowledgeable. I had a great experience and will be back next year. Sorry to the first young lady. I never got her name. Dr Kiyan picked a good group to take over his practice.
