Super friendly. Did a great job on my nails and feet!
When I dye my hair it always fades overly red on me. I walked in to Kix to look for a toning shampoo and conditioner. Allison took her time to educate me on the different types of hair products that could help. She even sat me down and gave me a free hair dye trial doing a couple strands of hair on my bottom layers with different tonner/color. She was so meticulous and really listened to my needs and concerns. I was very impressed with the service, especially since I didn't have an appointment booked.
