Hello my booking number is 101 278 441. I kept on calling your numbers. it is all automated messages and at the end it keeps on telling me that changes are not possible over the phone. it is very frustrating to try to process things fast with your service numbers. my flight turned out to last 26 hours from Helsinki to eindhoven and it was not clear during the booking that it is at 14.35 the following day that the flight ends taking longer than 26 hours instead of 2 hours as expected while at that time there were other option... read more

RecommendedI called Kiwi at the end of February and told Anne that we had a limited amount to spend and wanted to get to a beach. We were just thinking 3 or 4 nights. We didn’t care if it was Florida, Punta Cana, or Mexico, all-inclusive, or not. Within an hour we had a trip to review-five nights at a five star all-inclusive resort in Cancun that was under our budgeted amount. Everything was wonderful! The flight times, the direct transfer, and the resort. I highly recommend and will use again! So happy.

Our Irish Dream vacation was exceptional! Anne set up a side excursion for us so we could visit relatives, we seamlessly left the group and rejoined it two days later. Super extra effort.
