I hired them for upholstery cleaning. The tech showed up and instead of vacuuming the couch, which had loose dirt and dog hair on it, he just sprayed a bunch of liquid on the dirt and dog hair. He then proceeded to ground the dirt into the couch. It looked way worse when he was finished than when he started. When I called to complain, they scheduled a Sr tech to come redo the couch. Is only worth the initial fee price of $200-$300 if you do say 3-4 or more cleanings a year I'm a single man living in a 3000 sq ft home I get it cleaned once a year or every other year in a half so it not worth it for me if you fall in this category. They did offer to do the cleaning without the warranty for a one-time fee $37 trip fee+$8 a room but when I called to do that deal they said no we're not doing that and it'll be 200+ 🫤 2 stars
Terrible Experience – Avoid This Company! I’m extremely disappointed with Kiwi Carpet Cleaning. As a first-time customer, I expected professionalism, but instead, I got nothing but frustration. I took time off work to be available for their scheduled appointment between 12 pm and 2 pm on Friday. Then, at 1:30 pm—just 30 minutes before the window closed—they called to reschedule for Saturday. The problem? I’m going out of town on Saturday and can’t be home for the service.
