I have been a Kiwi Services customer for several years now and am still very happy with their services. They are professional, dependable, and consistently do an excellent job making our carpets look great again.
I had a rug cleaned in the spring of 2024 right before we had our floors ripped up for massive foundation repair. It arrived back the next week and I did not unroll it in our construction zone of a home so that I wouldn’t immediately get it dirty. I had a rug cleaned with kiwi beautifully once before, so I trusted that it had been done well. I have been a customer of KIWI Services for over five years .They always do an excellent job. Their work crews are professional, polite and on time.
Does careful work on wool rugs. I have a hand made wool rug that's huge and have had it cleaned twice by kiwi. Its also white in some places so it shows everything. They also explained their cleaning process for wool fibers so I felt confident they knew how to protect the material. I recommend this company for wool and all area rug cleanings.
