Phenomenal place. Went here since I was 5, and now I’m at university. Thanks for everything! Especially Dr. Ross! Amazing pediatrician.
Edit: they will call you 20 minutes before your appointment to cancel. THIS AFFECTS PATIENTS CARE. We are to pay you 75 bucks if we are more than 5 minutes late. And we get canceled on all the time and then you have 3 to 6 months before you can see the dr again. Don't bother. I have absolutely nothing good to say about the male receptionist. He is rude and condescending. I hate having to contact this clinic at all. I call and he tells me the Dr isn't taking appointments and tells me to email on Bright squid. I email, concern... read more
Honestly, the level of care has gone downhill in the last couple of years. I don’t know if it’s because there’s been a change in front end staff or the doctors are overworked and have too many things going on outside of work but when a person requests to no longer see a doctor and the doctor doesn’t even care to follow up and find out why that tells you how much you mean to them as a patient
Very professional, I've been going here with my son for over 6 years, never had a problem.
