Took my family in for a treat and the employee had a group of friends that she was playing a card game with at one of the tables. They were talking about inappropriate thing that little kids should be hearing!! Very disappointed and I won't be going there any more!

Never open their posted hours. I came it at 2 the other day and it still was closed even though the door says 11:30. This wasn't just once either it happens all the time � id rather drive across town now....
Usually do like it. But, today very limited fixins and none of my favorite and all the staff member had to say was "yeah and it's going to be quite a while" not even sorry or discount offer.
Hitt Rd location has been less than average the last 2 times we've been here. Last time had to ask for 4 different flavors to be refilled, this time the location was very messy - lots of dripped yogurt in trays & on floor as well as a mess of crumbs on the floors & counters. Even though there's a big cow bell on the door, we had to wait for someone to come out from the back to help us. I've always loved this place, but it's been kind of disappointing recently
A employee named Nathan Ralston was a very nice guy! He asked me how my day was and helped me!
I love this place! They are always so friendly and have good yogurt.
