My group of 9 recently stayed at a Kiwanda Coastal Property and it was everything we could have asked for! The property was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was well maintained and very nice. The beds were comfortable and they had more than enough extra bedding and pillows. The location of the property we stayed at was so close to the beach! Our host was very attentive and the open line of communication was very comforting. We will certainly stay at another Kiwanda Coastal Property next year!
Great house. we enjoyed the stay. The reason for the four starts is the lack of restaurant's, grocery stores and gas stations in the immediate area. We had no cell service unless on WI-FI that's not always a bad thing. If you're looking for a quaint little town to just enjoy the beach, I highly suggest this one for that. House is well stocked with basic needs, bring your own seasonings and food to cook and enjoy.
If you love watching the waves, this is the perfect place for you. It was certainly perfect for us -- perfect for walking on the beach, and just as perfect for those who wanted to sit on the deck or in the living room and watch (and listen to) the waves. Our family of four adults spent a week here, and we loved every minute. The house has many luxurious features, the kitchen was great to cook in, and we loved having two living areas, but what we will always remember is the beautiful view and the constant sound of the ocean.
Very accommodating and up to date on communication. The place was perfectly clean and lived up to expectations.
We loved our stay at #191 Family Tides in Pacific City, Oregon! The house was the perfect size and was furnished with everything we needed. Highly recommend if you want a stay close with walking distance to the beach and local places (like Pelican Brewing).
