I just left Kiva. After what I saw, ITS A PRISON! Staff members are incredibly rude and take no accountability for their actions. They lied to the elderly resident's face right in front of me, saying chemicals are being used in his room after he wanted to show me his room. It made him upset. Staff blamed us for making him upset after not saying a word. Then they told us to leave and threatened us. Before its too late, DO NOT LET YOUR BELOVED FAMILY INTO THIS FACILITY.
These people truly care and love the residents. The place is like a bed and breakfast. Home cooking, very clean and comfortable. We could not have found anyplace better for my Mom!
