charged a fortune and never fixed the issue. had me running around to all locations trying to pay to get my snowblower back and had the rudest person at the repair center. will NOT be back

My car battery was dead this morning and my squirrels and birds were hungry. I sent a message, asking if I could get bird seed delivered and someone responded almost immediately in the affirmative. Not even an hour after my inquiry, a nice man appeared at my door carrying a 50# bag of sunflower seeds. Their customer service is wonderful and appreciated.
My daughter just bought an old home a few blocks away from the store. So close by it would have been nice for the hardware we needed if they were not so rude. As I was shopping, my wife needed to use the bathroom. She was told that it was only for the employees and she would have to go elsewhere, no exceptions. We are in our 60s and sometimes things just come on. I told them that if they can't be a little flexible, then I will take my business elsewhere. They responded that that was fine with them. Lost my business forever.
Kitz and Pfeil is the classic American hardware store. The staff is excellent and they will go the extra mile for you to help you with your needs. Recently they found Christmas icicle lights which I needed in mid June for decorating the venue of our daughters wedding. None of the big box stores would or could. Their locksmith, Lyle, is excellent. They rescreen storm windows and provide small town service in a bigger competitive market.
