Hell of a drive to get here from League City, but once you get here it's great! Sit at the bar and shoot the bull with the wait staff while you're food is cookin. Pretty good stuffed jalapeños, I always either get fried shrimp or a burger 😀
Had a clam strip basket and it was delish...however, I was disappointed that she no longer offers her signature Purple Cow. Been coming since the early 90s and will continue...too many memories to stop now.
We first went to Kitty's Purple Cow a few months ago, and we absolutely love it. We go as often as we can. We took our youngest son (he is 29) their for breakfast on Saturday and he could not believe for a small place how good it is. Everyone is so friendly and they make you feel right at home. We will continue to keep going back. Matter of fact every table was full when we went in and they still made the effort to great us. We got a table and as always the food was great.

I love this place I grew up eating Kitty's food and there will never be any place better. U have to try the purple cow if they still have it, it's my favourite
We came in to eat last Sunday after coming down from Galveston for the day. It was our first time at Kitty's Purple Cow. We were welcomed in like we were a familiar local face and had our food in no time! Service was great! Hamburgers are delicious!! Onion rings were yummy too! Everyone was very friendly! Cute and clean place. This will be our regular stop in for lunch when we come down to Surfside!
My husband and I go there for lunch they have the best homemade hamburgers! And a cold beer goes great with it! Very nice staff working there.
