Rode motorcycles down from pearland today to enjoy lunch at The Purple Cow. Had a great meal and enjoyed our visit there. Glad the place is carrying on. It was busy when we got there and that was great to see.

Best burger in Surfside. Quick Service. Been going there for 30 years.
Been here twice with my wife and loved it both times. Had the double burger with onion rings both times and they were both awesome! Only downside was they had canned drinks so no free refills but being the small place it is and where it's located, that is to be expected. Staff was wonderful and is definitely a unique place to eat. Will absolutely be back <3
We had a great meal and a great time, not to mention the wonderful colors and the ‘restroom’ poster! Look forward to our next visit!

Came here after the hotel we were staying out next door decided to close the resteraunt kitchen (after we were seated at a table) an hour and half early. Best thing that ever happens to us. Such a friendly no frills atmosphere. The place was quickly filled with people in the same situation we were and everyone was laughing and having a good time! Shrimp po Big was great! Wait staff so kind!!!

The meal.."the shrimp platter" is not worth $18.95. Maybe $12.95, maybe. The shrimp is butterflied waaay too flat and too much batter. More batter than shrimp. Disappointed for what I got for the price. 1st time here, last time here.
