Kitty’s flowers have great customer service, I had flowers sent to my daughter in law for her birthday and accidentally gave them the wrong address ( I didn’t know that at the time) when I called to say the flowers weren’t received, they gladly without asking delivered another arrangement to the correct address without charge, not many businesses would offer to do that anymore, but they were so helpful and courteous I highly recommend them for birthdays, anniversaries, any occasion. I ordered flowers for my step mother after her surgery. The flowers were delivered timely and are beautiful!! Even in the heat we are having, the flowers were fresh! Fantastic job
This place was great! Brittany helped me instantly and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. She was incredibly knowledgeable and kind! They had so many options in all types of price ranges which I was very thankful for. Bought sympathy flowers for a friend, spent less than I thought I would and they were still so beautiful. You can even customize arrangements and make your own which I thought was really cool. Best flower shop I’ve been to!
We had a small problem with our order and Kitty’s customer service jumped in right away and fixed it. I can’t say enough good things about Shai! The flowers were beautiful.
