Brought my cats their after a move and they told us that one of them would need to be sedated for future appointments. This is totally out of character for him, as even while in pain and receiving emergency medical care staff said he was perfectly behaved. I'm not blaming staff, it is completely possible that he was having a bad day, or he does need some sort of medical help for future appointments. I have never written a review, as everyone has an off day, and give the benefit of the doubt. However, this vet is rude and incredibly inappropriate to her clients. I am shocked, as I have never in 40 years encountered a business much less an owner of a business to conduct things in this manner.
