I placed my order over a year ago emailed so many times. It never arrived I never got any follow up or replacement sent. Very disappointing for a large order I will not be purchasing ever again. There are alternatives just have to do some research.

5 stars for customer service, I had concerns about my order and they got right on it . The owner even called me to let me know what was going on and it’s the shipping companies so they’re shipping the orders, it’s the shipping companies causing the delays. Call or text the number on the website or google and they’ll do their best to call or text you back.

I’ve ordered in the past with no issues, i love the scented scrubs. Now I’m in Same situation as the others, ordered July 3rd, got my email confirmation that the order was placed and everything. It is now July 28, have not received anything in the mail, I’ve emailed to ask what’s going on with my package and got no response.

Ordered on 3/3 with 3-5 day delivery. Received confirmation that ordered was shipped with no tracking number on 3/5. Have called and emailed with no response, and still have not received my package as of today 3/13.
