I had a mixed experience at Kitto Katto. I want to be fair that the esthetician was very kind and personable, and I appreciated that she ultimately chose a more conservative peel rather than proceeding with the Jessner I originally booked. However, there were several things about the appointment that left me uncomfortable and would prevent me from choosing this provider for future chemical peels. This is a dual review because I have experienced excellent results from Polly for injections and skin treatments from Daniela. Polly is precise and never gives an “over done” look. She is gentle and really gets me! She answers all my concerns and questions with educated answers in the kindest way. I look forward to my appointments with her. She’s a PRO. Review from 2026: I wanted to post an updated review, as I am remain a very satisfied customer of Christie Nasi, but with new services (to me) of hers - specifically dermaplane facials and photofacial (for the first time). As always, Christie provides the best service with every dermaplane facial I have had with her, and certainly with my most recent photofacial.
