Everything about my visit at the Wells office was perfect. I was greeted warmly. The attendant who I address as Opie was professional,organized,thorough and friendly. Answered my questions and did so clearly and succinctly. Dr Michaud was pleasant. She is an excellent listener. The eye exam was comprehensive and everything explained. As this was my initial visit with this practice, I was impressed with the punctuality of the appointment as well as the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Dr. Diaz was very thorough and explained everything in terms that were clear to me.
It was a great experience Dr. Michaud was on time, very pleasent and explained everything she was doing and looking at.
