RecommendedVery clean, professional, follows CDC guidelines and super friendly. I had my nose pierced and yes, it hurt....but not to the point of crying.
We had a great experience a year ago with the staff at the time piercing two of our daughters ears. They were patient, answered all the questions, etc. Fast forward to now a year later and it was absolutely the opposite experience! We went in for a re-piercing my daughter needed. She was nervous based on her experience with the original piercing over the last year. A year ago we had the ability to set appointments and allow for additional time for nervousness. On a Friday or Saturday like when you came in we do upwards of 40 piercings on people As you stated I was watching the clock, which we do when handling kids, and having to address the people that were a lining up out front in the rain so mentioned that it had 6 minutes since she was laying down and prepped while saying no no before I unfortunately had to break character and remind you that there are people who are waiting outside... read more

Needed a jewelry change, and even though it’s a one man shop today due to a call in, Zack made sure I had the right jewelry for my piercing, and amazingly, it was pain free! They have a great collection of beautiful high quality jewelry. May have to wait, but that is only because they are keeping everyone safe!
Just got my philtrum nice and flush and re-pierced my ears to a bigger size. Kittenflower is my go to. Excellent service and my piercings have been looking great all through recovering. Thank you so much!

TW/CW:. Sexual Harassment The owner of this shop has multiple accusations of sexual harassment of women and girls. Both Grand Rapids locations shut down due to every employee quitting as a result of the accusations. I do not believe this to be a safe place for anyone to get pierced.
Critical: Professionalism Although I had positive experiences at KFB for my tattoo three years ago, the piercing experience was very different and one I can not recommend. My daughter decided to get an inner ear conch piercing for her 17th birthday. The man at the front desk was kind and helpful and patient, did a nice job with customer service despite being busy and juggling additional work due to Covid responsibilities. I love my piercing from KFB (it is about a year old at this point). I initially went in for an industrial, and what really made this place for me was the piercer's response. They examined my ear and said they would not do an industrial for me. They explained why it would be a bad choice for how my ear was shaped, and offered to do a different piercing instead.
