Called a month before we had lambs and asked if they would support my location, they said yes. When my lambs where born I called and they said they would be out in 3 days. The morning they were supposed to come they called and said “I was misinformed” that they travel to my location. The reason I called in the first place was to find out if they came to my area and they blatantly lied. Bad business. I offered to pay more money for this one time trip and they still said no. I’m new to large livestock. I had a Scottish Highland Heifer go down this AM. I couldn’t get her up. The Breeder said to call KVH. The staff was great! Took my info, gave me another livestock vet to call while they consulted. ( my little Farm in Richland twp, has stopped a lot of traffic. People are used to McMansions not hairy cows) they got back to me but unfortunately I’m out of service area. The other Vet was hours up North. I got help, and we got her up. Do your homework if you're going here. Beware- they will line their pockets. Also no staff in house overnight when you have you pet hospitalized here. Not humane. They had us torturing our girl her last few days when they should have been honest about her condition and just had us comfort her.
Kindness... it is so important and I received nothing but that as I had to say goodbye to my fur baby last week. Thank you.
