I had a great experience having an ingrown toenail removed! Such friendly lovely people
It all started when I rode the sea to sky trail and ended up with something in the ball of my foot. Dr. W Urton was able to treat me! He helped remove the piece of glass or gravel. I’m so appreciative of his care, I no longer have pain. Jesse the receptionist was detail oriented and thoughtful when booking me and following up with receipts so that I could claim this cost of care from my extended health,Pacific Blue Cross. Never again... I should've written this review sooner (my visit was well over a year ago), but was trying to give the clinic the benefit of the doubt. When I arrive I was put into a unkept clinic room and eventually the Dr. W Urton came in with a walker and almost needed assistance to turn himself around to see me. Once seated he heard my concerns, grabbed my foot without gloves on and proceeded to tell me that my toe nail was like that due to an earlier surgery I had on it.....that was it. I would give negative stars if I could. AVOID this clinic if you care about transparent pricing, fair billing, or insurance support. Dr. William Urton seemed far more focused on selling an orthotic device than discussing alternatives. I understood the device price to be $67, but when it came time to pay, I was charged $670 The clinic would not provide a clear itemized breakdown beforehand so I could properly confirm coverage with my insurance.
