Worked for company for a year. Always had extra shifts, always had support from staff. Good place to work. Just got burned out!
Awesome place to work If you’re just interested in trying to get qualifications, this organization works like any other office, they all act really nice, a lot of it could be seen as passive aggressiveness though. As far as having any real value for their people or staff, you probably wouldn’t want to work here. It’s not an organization that has a lot of opportunity for growth. I wouldn’t use this company even for a reference.
If you are looking for a place that does rewarding work, I highly recommend working here. Either as a caregiver or a home care aide, you will be a part of helping others in your community that truly need it. You will work with wonderful administrative staff and be fully supported in your role. This organization really cares and is an integral part in many lives in Kitsap County and the surrounding areas!
