I had a old 2005 malfunctioning refrigerator. The mechanic was very skilled a determining the problem, which was a connection and fuse, then normal cleaning of the propane ducts and flue. I am sure, having experienced other shops, that I would have ended up with a new refrigerator anywhere else at significant cost. I am looking forward to working with Kitsap RV to upgrade or buy a new RV sometime soon.
Kitsap RV listens and provides appropriate guidance when needed. Both sales and repair departments are fantastic. Best in Kitsap County. In comparison to other dealers in surrounding counties, I have no worries with Kitsap RV.
We bought our Used Class C motorhome from Kitsap RV last summer. We were happy with all of their assistance in choosing the right one to fit our needs as well as a fair price. Hubby is disabled so our needs were a bit above the norm but we found one that was perfect. Since the purchase the service department has been instrumental in retrofitting for handicap needs by putting in a chair lift, grab bars, and even stabilizers. Great service! Only downside is you need to better estimate the time for repairs. Be honest. The prices were fair.
We were one of the first to sell our RV under Kitsap RV consignment program. It sold in less than 10 days and we did not have to hassle with advertising, paper work, or showing your RV.
