Let me tell you about my time at Kitsap Podiatry—home of the best foot care this side of the Mississippi and a place where even your arches can crack a smile! To start off with…front desk staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Made me feel like I was at home. Everyone after was also very pleasant and diligent. Thank you Kitsap Podiatry!

I was a bit concerned at the ratings but since Kaiser referred me, I wanted to give it a chance. I usually give organizations 3 times to make a good impression. Fail. 1. New patient appointment, waited 30 minutes past appointment time, no acknowledgment or apology from anyone. 2. When Dr. said he wanted to do x-rays, I told him Kaiser already did that less than a month ago. Was told they can't get records from Kaiser. Since my referral was from Kaiser, I would have expected to be told in advance of my appointment so I would ... read more
