I was impressed with the actual doctor, but not with some of the staff (SOME). First, my name, even though I have corrected it twice, was not updated.. even upon leaving. Second, I had xrays done when I clearly said I was pregnant on the forms (so I assumed this was okay for my child when they did it), only to have the dental assistant freak out when I said something about my baby afterward. I am not sure why I am required to fill out that paperwork, if they don't read it. Nevertheless, I am fine. I'd rather prevent any infe... read more
I am very impressed with the service I have received from Gentle Dentistry. They are very caring and gentle. The works feels good
This was my initial examination with a new Dentist, and I was very impressed by Dr. Choi and all staff I had contact with. The Dr. was very lucid in his explanation of what he was doing and why. The Dental Assistant who took my X-ray images was gentle, courteous, friendly and fastidious. She also assisted the Dr. in the intial phase of my examination, and expedited the process.
