Terrible pedicure and service, not ever coming back. Gel nail polish was peeling off when tech was done; had to redo it. From the beginning, lots of confusion about my polish preference, design and quality.

I was very dissatisfied. 1 st of all the lady that did my nails argue with me about the type of tips I wanted i made it very clear I didn't want those long pointy tips I think those are really ugly and that's what she wanted to put on I didn't want those I wanted square shaped tip and she was refusing to do it argued with me over and over again until finally she gave in and did it very unwilling she seemed very unhappy the whole time like she just couldn't get me out of there fast enough that's the third time I've been there... read more

I’ve been coming here for almost a year. The nail tech’s are usually very gentle and attentive. I went yesterday and the lady I had did a good job on my fill and pedicure but the experience was terrible. She was very rough, yanking my fingers and pushing my hands away when she was finished. She had her nails done as well and her nails kept digging into my fingers. Have been coming here for the last 8 months or so and each time gets better, always giving great customer service, attention to detail and accommodating any requests. Great job to every employee there.
