I was referred here for a therapist. They told me it was $150 and 2-2.5 hours of my time to show up Monday through Friday to my own choosing, and go through an “intake” process where they would decide if I met criteria for therapy. This is crazy. I’ve never had a 2 hour intake appointment, even for inpatient level services. I felt so uncomfortable and creeped out I hung up on the lady. Always helpful staff very patient and understanding. Would suggest this facility to anyone looking for mental health services. Look past the negative reviews... if you need services ASAP they are very helpful
I am SO tired of this place, it's 80% of crappy providers, the extremely poor turnover of good providers... the constantly canceled appts due to "weather", incconveniently scheduled staff meetings & inconsistent therapists. The audacity that your system sends out so many appt reminders is hilarious, I have to laugh so I don't cry, because your services are less than humane!
