Male intake counselor made me so uncomfortable I had to leave in the middle of it, and was unable to register at all. I will never be back here with that guy around. He acted like a sociopath during the intake and stared at my chest alot

I can't give zero stars. Who needs action when you got words. They will listen but the resources to help you are tied up in bureaucracy and payroll. 4 out of 5 doctors recommended somewhere else.

I received mental health counseling through KMH and I loved my counselor. They were flexible with my schedule, offering reoccurring schedules and zoom option. The staff are pleasant and helpful. They are very accommodating and offer a relaxing environment and trauma informed care.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience in case it helps someone else. I reached out to start therapy because I genuinely needed help. First, I had to wait three weeks just to attend orientation due to my work schedule. After that, I waited another three weeks for my first therapy appointment. They cannot distinguish between trauma symptoms and other behavioral health disorders! Their assessments are too subjective based on their own biased assumptions and not on your actual experiences! They have zero knowledge of narcissistic abuse!
