DANGER!!! BEWARE!!!! Do not do business with these crooks!!! Any favorable review you read online is fake. KHRS is the worst. I am in the Navy and I rented from KHRS, when I moved out they made up a list of phony damages in order to keep my entire deposit. They are so rude, unprofessional and dishonest. They prey upon military people because they know we move around a lot and won't stay long. How can anyone be so UnAmerican?! They are the worst kind of people.
We have used kitsap Home Rental Services for about 7 years. They have been great to work with and helping us to choice the right tenants for our two rentals. The credit check forms are easy to fill out for the tenants and we get a call back in a few hours after the tenants submit there forms. The forms for move in and agreements between the landlord and tentants are easy to fill out. Low cost for the landlord to buy from Kitsap Home Rental Svc. Thanks KHRS. Karri
Kitsap Home Rental is the BEST for landlords – I have used the service of Kitsap Home Rental for over 8 years. The ownership has changed but not the service. They are just as promot and polite as they always have been. I was shocked to see the vile posting of the last poster! I googled KSHR to get their fax # so I could fax over to potential applicants for them to screen and felt I had to post something to refute the last P. off person. Lousy performance and Lousiest attitude Process Servicing – Kitsap Home Rental Service - Unprofessional, incompetent and rude, flat out. I found this company on Google Search for Process service. Sloppy job and their lamest excuses for the poor performance. In short, this company referred me to the worst process server I could ever imagine who did not finish his job for almost 2 months, and ignored all my calls during that time.
