Will never stay in the hotel again. Hot water hardly worked. No staff is ever on duty and if they were they didn’t speak English. Room was in very poor condition. Tv hardly worked. I would recommend you spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else.
It was horrible all the way around and if you looked them up on kcrg 9 news app they have alot of violations and they are not up to code on anything call highly recommend do not go there
I am beyond emotional right now. I woke up to 3 notices posted all over the hotel saying due to the sprinkler system being down everyone has until 8am the next day (tomorrow as I write this) to leave. I paid up for a week yesterday (as I write this) and now I am in a Hellish bind. I am waiting for the refund from Agoda to go through. So I will essentially be on the bricks with no money in hand and not many places to go. Kiteville Management...you need to do better!!!! You need to learn what the laws are and ABIDE BY THEM!!!!... read more
