Went in off the street today, was seen in 10 minutes. I had recently went to Mexico to have alot of work done, and was worried about how I was progressing. Ben the manager kindly listened to my concerns and I was seen by Dr. Julia. They checked me out thoroghly and really talked me off the edge . Everything about my experience at Kite & Key was above my expectations. Thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable, state of the art technology and above all listened. Don’t change a thing. Looking forward to a very good patient/ doctor relationship and getting things done.
I came here for a second opinion after another dentist recommended having a tooth removed entirely. Luckily, Kite & Key assured me nothing was wrong and a year later, they've been proven correct since I've had no follow-up complaints. I have been going there ever since. Everyone there is very personable and they do a good job of explaining what is going to happen and what your options are, unlike several other dentists I've been to before.
My oral health is improving so much since I started. There’s a new hygienist I think his name is Jose, he’s wonderful, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable.
