Sonia has changed my life, I can not recommend her enough!!! she is kind, compassionate, and has the most calming presence. she is truly phenomenal.
Sonia is one of the most compassionate, caring, and creative therapists I've ever met. Her approach with ketamine assisted therapy and her work with nature is so unique. I love that she offers ketamine treatment outside of a ketamine clinic. I would highly recommend working with Sonia if you are looking for a trauma-informed therapist who can help you get unstuck and move through old patterns. I also love that she has a HAES-aligned approach to eating disorder recovery. She is truly a gem.
