We had a constant leak behind the basement wall which caused moisture in the plasterboard. We contacted a restoration business. They were on schedule and had the damaged dry wall out in a couple hours. Now we wait a week and are pleased to see that all has remained dry.

They arrived right on time and worked all afternoon to draw water and start drying out our basement, explaining what they were doing as they worked. “I had a less than satisfactory experience with another company last year and I valued their thoroughness and communication.

The first company was there for several hours with little real progress, but this specialist found and fixed the source of the water leak in less than an hour. He also described each phase of the cleanup procedure which provided me a deeper understanding of what was necessary to prevent future problems.

After coordinating with building management, the technicians arrived promptly and set up equipment efficiently to address water damage in the unit. They completed the structural drying over three days, checking humidity levels regularly to ensure no lingering moisture remained.

They quoted a reasonable price for the water extraction and wrapped up in about two hours. Compared to a previous company we used, they were more thorough in identifying the extent of the damage before starting the extraction.
