He did not talk to me about the procedure until he was done. He gave me a few numbing shots. For the last shot, he walked very fast into my room, without saying a word, grabbed my upper jaw very hard, pulled it back against the chair and gave me a very painful shot in the roof of my mouth. He left the room very fast. He didn't tell me anything every time he came into my room. He doesn't know or doesn't care about doing the shot correctly. Dr. Kitchens is a very professional doctor and his staff go above and beyond keeping their clients informed on procedures. I would strongly recommend seeing him for your dental needs.
Dr. Kitchens and his staff are amazing...had a pain-free procedure! The teamwork displayed by he and his assistant was top-notch. I highly recommend Dr. Kitchens!!

Patient, explains options and procedures, answers questions. Very kind demeanor.
Dr . Kitchens is actually an endontist. The root canal that I received today was quick, efficient, and I am in very little discomfort even 8 hours after the procedure! He was kind, talked about options and was very straightforward. I hope I don't have to get another procedure; but if I do, at least Dr. Kitchens will be there to do it!
