I had high hopes for the Kitchens for Good apprenticeship program and was excited about the opportunity. After not receiving responses to my emails and calls, I went in person to check on my application. I participated in the tryout and felt I performed well and enjoyed the hands-on experience. However, despite sharing my challenges related to my disability, I felt overlooked. I enjoy the apprenticeship program very much,I'm being teach the essential and important things to know in a kitchen like cross contamination,cooking temperatures knife skills and everyone here is awesome also the instructors I really want to thank you all you rock.
