Kitchens Etc replaced our old countertops with new quartz countertops. They were very careful with removal and installation, and did a great job. Kelsey helped us along the way and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be calling them again for future projects!
Quit shooting a laser beam in your commercials, believe it or not it does give the same effect of blinding . Very annoying!!
Decent countertops. Atrocious customer service. After product delivery we've had persistent issues and it has been impossible to reach anyone without leaving a voicemail and hoping for a call back. Would not recommend under any circumstances
We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Kitchens Etc.. While we love everything about our new kitchen, the best part was Julia, our sales consultant, was able to make our dream of having both a dishwasher and a larger pantry come true! The staff were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. A special thank you to Julia for her expertise and patience when working with us! (you were a joy to work with)!
Working as a GC on a larger multi unit project, the team communicated clearly from submittal process to field measuring to installation. I liked the quality of the cabinets. they used plywood instead of MDF, which produced a stronger product. Counter tops went in nicely. They were responsive if any repairs were needed. I would use them again for sure.
