I had a very minor issue with a trim piece on one of my kitchen cabinets almost 2 years after Kitchens by Gregory installed them. I called and Greg came out on the same day and rectified the issue. Better service than I would expect. That is service I would not have gotten if I had bought cabinets from one of the big box stores. Also, after 2 years, the cabinets still look great.
