Vicki is a gem. I have learned something new each time I have attended her classes and look forward to many more.
We took the class on cooking gumbo & bread! I can't wait to try them both. Right now I'm waiting on my cast iron skillet for the bread. Gumbo will be next! The class was excellent and very well run.
