Ordered an appliance with free haul away and installation. That is not true AT ALL. On the phone, wait times are forever. Email, took 7 days to answer. Right now there telling me their CEO doesn't take calls. Lies!
THERE IS NO OUTLET STORE HERE CONTRARY TO GOOGLE, AND THEIR RECEPTIONIST HAS NO IDEA WHERE THERE IS ONE OTHER THAN ONLINE. YOU WOULD THINK THEIR IT DEPARTMENT WOULD HAVE FIXED THIS LONG AGO FOR SUCH A BIG COMPANY!
