“Caveat Emptor”. This business was hired to redo my elderly parent’s kitchen. The Whirlpool refrigerator THEY installed didn’t last a year. A 3rd party contractor said it was further damaged on installation. So, I have 80 year old parents running around trying to save food. When asked, KW referred them to someone else (DC Appliance). Now my elderly parents are told they need to replace a Whirlpool refrigerator (or deal with more bureaucracy through Whirlpool).
