Had my kitchen counter tops installed 3 years ago. Best price of all the quotes from the same granite supplier. Counter still look the same as when they were installed. Been very happy with the end product. Have recommended two others and they have had the same experience.

I just recently had granite counter tops and backsplash installed in my kitchen and laundry room. The purchasing process and customer service was good. The installers were very knowledgeable and extremely careful with the existing materials. My parents used Kitchen USA prior to me and they were very pleased with their services as well. I recommend Kitchen USA for your counter top needs.
I kept my existing cabinets but wanted to upscale the original formica tops. I visited the Kitchen USA showroom three times, got quotes while I was there from May along with quotes for other quartz brands and separate quotes for 2 cm. and 3cm. She was very patient with me. May completed the quotes with email confirmation. as I requested. I got three other quotes for my Cambria quartz. Only one other quote was close. We recently had Kitchen USA remodel our kitchen and with the short time span we had to work with, they did an amazing job and worked with us through the whole process. The office and the installers were friendly and kept us updated on our kitchen. We were unsure and had questions, but they helped us get a beautiful new kitchen with no problems and a warming experience. Kitchen USA is the best and we recommend them to all our family and friends!
RUN! Run as quick as you can. Kitchen USA is not a reputable company and is very unprofessional. You might think their prices are good however, In the LONG run, you will end up spending a lot of money to fix what they did poorly. They show up late to appointments (few hours some time) and they do not take the time to install things properly. The cabinets and granite counter tops that Kitchen USA constructed & installed for our kitchen are beautiful, high-quality, functional, and a major improvement from what we had before (particle board, plastic brackets, pink laminate counter tops). We are very pleased!!
