Service was slow over 45 min to get a salad.
Met my husband for lunch today. We both ordered the Works salad. We were there for 45-50 minutes and never got our food. When I asked the waitress if I could just get my food to go, l was told our order hadn't been put in. I told her I didn't want it anymore because I didn't have time to wait. She gave us a bill, still charging us for the food we didn't even get!! Thankfully, another waitress was there and told us we didn't have to pay. That's the third strike for me. I won't be coming back. The service is horrible.
Love it! Been a restaurantuer for many years. Perhaps when you have top bill bands, use more people behind the bar. Serve more people, make more money. I think you should go to New Orleans and check out Tippatinos. Love this place anyway. Hey, New Orleans would be a great tax write off!
