I was disappointed by the limited selection of regular nail polish colors, as many shades were missing and the ones available had thinners added, which made them look lighter than they should. To make matters worse, the staff came across as dismissive instead of being understanding. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
I had not received a pedicure in a long time, and a few hours after the service, I noticed soreness around the skin near my toenails. Upon closer inspection, I realized that my manicurist, Lorie, had cut off all of my cuticles without asking for my consent.
