I had another great experience at Kitchen today. I came in with one of the worst Gel-X manicures from a different salon, and I needed help having it removed and a new set placed. Kent was such an amazing nail tech. He really had a challenging client in me -- my nails were so brittle from my manicure the day before -- but he really stepped up to the challenge! Christina did a wonderful natural manicure. Didn’t try and upsell me on anything I didn’t need or want. Will definitely be requesting her for my future services!
I seriously don’t know how people like this place. I waited 10 minutes at the pedi chair waiting for them to set up. This was after they called me back from the waiting area. I had an appointment booked. I’m now sitting here picking a third color that they, again, don’t have. No scrub of feet on a pedicure. Asked the manager and she said yes this is not part of the pedicure. I expect to experience more negative encounters. Stay tuned.
